x trainer challenge

Here is a fun challenge for all that wanna join in .

Aim is to do a 10 minute workout on the x trainer / elliptical machine and then posts how far you travelled in that 10 minutes .

This is a great challenge for beginners to see how much you improve over time .

I have been doing this for a few weeks now and have seen an amazing improvement .

Beginners to advanced welcome .

Please post your distance . And post pictures as well .

No cheating be honest and most of all have fun .
