Lifting after tweaking my back

I'm so excited. The physical therapy, muscle relaxers, and rest over the weekend helped the back spasms a ton. (I tweaked it doing squats last week.)

I'm ready to try my circuit training class today, then go lift.

Do you have any back spasm prevention tips?
