EXCITED! 185-148 My first progress pics!

This is my heaviest weight for 2012 (but not by far my heaviest) at around 185 compared to a couple weeks ago at 148! The dress was gorgeous and a size six.

I have a goal weight of 135 -130. I am 5'6 and early 30's. (let us leave a little mystery
)
I have been following a keto diet with very little rigorous exercise. I try to walk a bit more and do light weights a couple times a week. That is going to change in the new year with a hot yoga class and a pump iron class. I'm looking forward to getting more muscle definition.
