What did you eat?
Can I look at your diary?
I've tried this program before and lost 2 lbs, and 2 inches.
So I know that the food I am eating is probably the culprit even though I cut out chips, cookies, soda, etc. So if anyone has lost 1-2 sizes or 8+ lbs. Could you respond to this post?
Thanks.

I did the 30 day shred for 30 days straight last year and lost 5lbs but over 13 inches total over my whole body. Great way to jumpstart my weight lost.
Typical menu (on weight watchers):
Breakfast: eggs with tomatoes, peppers and feta cheese, greek yogurt w/ blueberries
Lunch: chicken (cooked different ways), sides: whole grain rice, over a salad, just plain veggies, potatoes
Dinner: salmon, string beans or pasta with a side salad
Snacks throughout the day: coffee (twice), fruit salad, icecream or chocolate covered strawberries homemade. I have a sweet tooth at night so if I eat something sweet at night it keeps me from eating in the middle of the night.0 -
Most of your weight loss with come from your food intake. Exercise is great for fitness but you can't out exercise a bad diet.0

I've done the shred three times now, and I've also done her video Ripped in 30. The first time I did it I lost about 8 pounds and 15 inches all around. This was when I FIRST started my weightloss journey. The key to getting awesome results from any program is eating clean, and eating the proper amount. Even if you've cut out the cookies/chips, are you getting enough protein? Is it all carb intake, and are they healthy carbs? I realized my weight loss really took off when I stopped eating processed/junk foods. I can't see your diary, so I can't tell you where you need to make improvement. Make sure you're staying hydrated, not drinking soda or loaded sugar drinks, eating the proper calorie intake, and get some variety in there! Even after I've finished the shred, my diet mainly consists of boiled/scrambled eggs, boiled chicken, raw fruits and veggies, rolled oats, greek yogurt, canned tuna/chicken. Of course milk and cheese and things like that, but I cut back on a lot of breads/pastas and all of that. I didn't cut anything out completely, no low carb BS or anything...just clean and healthy foods, and everything else in moderation. I hope this helps you out a bit.0
