Scared of the Scale

It's been a little over two weeks since I have weighed and I am a little scared. The last few times I have weighed I have not had the progress that I had hoped and it ruined my whole day. I have been working out a lot and although my food has not been perfect I have normally been right around my calorie goal. I know I am having NSV (Non Scale Victories). But I'm scared of the numbers. I need to get past this and I know if I keep doing what I'm doing it will come. But for now I'm still feeling a bit shaky. Any advice?
