4wk head start on 2013 goals!

I was a member at WW for about a year. I was able to loose 20 pounds using their program. The last few months, I hit a big slump. I kept up with my regular exercise routine (I do classes at the Y 4 days a week) and have still kept up my good eating habits, but I gave up tracking all together. And I just couldn't afford to keep paying for a program that i wasn't using. BUT I wasn't ready to give up on my weight loss and fitness goals.

I signed up for and starting using MFP on December 1st. I figured why wait until January 1st to start back on my weight loss and fitness path!
