Hey

Hi, I am new. I am so excited to get started!! i working on losing 10-12 lbs!! I just need motivaton to get up everyday and get my workout done. I am doing Slim in 6 while watching my calorie intake. :wink:

  • I've lost 18 lbs using MFP this year. I feel great and now am concentrating on the types of foods I eat (more protein and fiber, complex carbs, and less sugar). I need to lose 10 more lbs to reach my goal. I walk my dogs a ALOT and have started incorporating weights. Feel free to add me. Good luck!
