Tap Out XT!

Hi everyone,
I plan to start the Tap Out XT workouts later today. Has anyone tried this system before? If so, would you be able to post before and after pics? I need a little boost of motivation and hope to one day post a before and after in the forum myself! Thanks in advance guys!

I've done it, probably could dig out the pics. But no matter what I look like, it's a super fun workout and I've gained pretty impressive strength doing it! Motivation is easy to come by once you start, IMO. Mike Karpenko doesn't let you down Feel free to add me if you have any questions
