any good advice on losing the last stone???

weighed 12 stone when i started my weight loss and ive managed to get to 10 stone 4 pounds.

it has taken me a year to get to here but now im determined to get to 9 stone and i dont want it to take another year.

they say the last stone (and a bit) is the hardest to lose and when you are smaller the weight takes longer to lose.

any good advice or tips... i have cut down on my eating and started walking alot ( i was doing this before but stopped for a while0

    The best way to lose weight is to combine a healthy eating plan with some exercise. Since you say you only started walking recently, I assume you're not following a set "workout". I suggest adding a half hour to an hour of moderate to vigorous exercise to your day in addition to continuing your healthy diet. Try running, classes at a local gym, or playing a sport with some friends. There are also a bunch of great workout DVDs that you can do right in your living room with minimal equipment (I highly suggest anything from Jillian Michaels). Do this, and the pounds will come off quicker. You will also get a nice toned look. Good luck!

    Lower your weight loss goal to 0.5lbs per week. Eating too little won't help you. The last little bit of weight will come off very slowly as your body doesn't want to get rid of it.

    Focus on your diet. Eat clean, cut out processed foods as much as possible.
