Does it work

I started MFP in September, around the 10th, which means I've been with the program for about 12 weeks. When I set it up, I said I wanted to lose 1.5 pounds a week. At my starting weight I was allowed 1780 calories a day. If I did everything right, I should be down around 18 pounds. As of this morning I was down 19. I guess the short answer to the question is: YES IT DOES!!

    Congrats! You bet it does. As long as you stay consistent and honest with yourself while logging your meals, you WILL see results. But you know that! :)
