Never heard of this brand before but I always say the same thing regarding any vitamin. Where is the independent 3rd party clinical research studies published in peer reviewed journals on the specific vitamin as a whole product? So do your research on clinical research studies if they have any at all.
Raw fruits and vegetables and if not that then lightly steamed or stir fried will give you just about everything your body needs.
If you still feel you need a vitamin or supplement then ask and find out about these questions: Does it deliver key antioxidants and other phytonutrients that are absorbed by the body? Does it reduce oxidative stress? Does it support a healthy immune system? Does it help protect DNA? Does it positively impacts several key indicators of cardiovascular wellness? I’ve ONLY found one product that has a check mark on all of the above and ironically it is not a vitamin ; )0 -

Hi, First off-yes I have taken it. It works really, really well. I will explain.
This is what I know about the company. They were founded in Toronto Canada 10+ years ago. Canada has the strictest laws globally for the efficacy of supplements-partially due to their health care system. They were only available to health care and health industry businesses until coming to the US.
When they looked into their marketing choices here, they chose network marketing because of the strength in word of mouth referrals. With all of the social sites working over times these days it makes sense to me.
We were called by one of the Vice Presidents asking us to try the supplements as my husband has been in the pharmaceutical industry for 20+ years. He knew that we would not fall for any get rich sceme, or scam about how awesome some vitamins were. So we tried them for 2 months before saying a word to anyone. Then after a yearly physical- my cholesterol dropped lower than it had been in over a decade. My doctor applauded the fact that finally the statin drug I was on was finally working!! Not so- I had been taking Truestar!
The company has put an amazing group of Dr's and Professionals together for all of the information and assessments that are available FREE to the public. That is the first thing that really made us think about joining the company. Then, after the great trip to the Dr.- well we did join! There are over 17,000 recipes and meal plans available (for free) as well as news letters, etc. Please feel free to log on and try them on my site. I could keep going on and on because that is how excited our whole family is, but it is better if you just see for yourself.

I would love to hear from you if you do try any of the supplements. Or if you are helped by our sleep, attitude, nutrition, or exercise assessments! Ya- we cover all of it!!
Glad you asked, hope I helped (sorry it was not sooner!)
