[KETO/ATKINS] Chicken Breast Pizza
This recipe is great for anyone on the Keto or Atkins diet.
Here is what I used (can modify yourself)--
- Oven
- Chicken Breast (8 oz.)
- Marinara Sauce
- Mozarella cheese
- Pepperoni Slices
- Pepper
**Can also add veggies, different meats, cheeses, etc..
Preparing:
1) Set oven to 400 degrees
2) Take out thawed chicken breasts
3) If too thick, cut in half (I cut to two 4 oz. portions)
4) smash chicken breasts until flat (without tearing)
5) Spread around a TBSP of marinara sauce on top of chicken breasts.
6) Drizzle Mozarella Cheese on top
7) Place pepperoni slices
8) Pepper Top
9) Drizzle more Mozarella Cheese on top
10) Place in oven for approx. 15 mins, or until temp. of chicken is 160 degrees/
11) Remove & ENJOY!
Again, great meal for anyone on a LOW CARB diet or wants a nice tasty protein filled meal.
