Where has my motivation gone?

Hi folks I've been doing really well and since I started dieting (or eating healthily) 12 weeks ago I have lost 35.5 lbs BUT this week (I weigh in every Monday) I have maintained weight rather than lose it. I'm actually really pleased as I thought I'd put on weight. I have really struggled with motivation. I've made lousy food choices but knew as I was making them that they were all wrong. Any one got any tips for getting back on the wagon after essentially a week off?

    Same beats a gain any day. Remember, no more dieting... lifestyle is changing to a healthy one. Diets are for suckers.

    What foods are in your house? If cookies are in my house, I eat them. We just don't buy them or if we make them at home, we give some to neighbors, send them to school, throw them out! Better yet, make a 1/2 batch so there are none left.

    The best advice I ever got.... 1) Dont drink your calories (Jillian). 2) Make authorized You-Turns when you mess up (Doctor Oz). 3) The only thing you can buy through a window is coffee (That one is mine).

    Good Luck and message me or my wife if you are in a stare down with the cookie jar... we will talk you off the edge.
