337 days of exercise and dieting. I weighed 405 pounds on the right and now I weigh 266 pounds. I'm down 3 shirt sizes and 15 pant sizes. I wanted to weigh 230 by new years but I had to get my gallbladder removed. So my new goal is 250 by newyears but I still don't think I will get it. but I am still so happy about what I have done in less then a year!

I ate about 1500 calories a day. I started out riding an exercise bike for an hour a day. But now I run about 3 miles. I cheat once a week. That's about it. Just stayed consistant with working out and eating right.0
