Any people on here from the Reno/Sparks area?
I would like to have some friends from the area and maybe even some workout partners to help keep each other motivated.

New to all this but i want to get started on a good workout regimen and would appreciate any tips that you may have, also success stories would be appreciated to give encouragement.
