Making it Easier

Reading about forming habits, and they say that the energy needed to start a new behavior is a bigger hurdle than the behavior itself. I've tried this in some of my non-fitness routines and it works - so I thought to give it a go on the fitness stuff. I put my workout clothes on a hook, so I don't have to think about changing. Anybody have tips to make eating well and excercising easier? I found having soup ready microwave helps too.

This is very true! I also lay out my workout clothes on the bed in the morning and bring them to work along with my running shoes! I make my lunch for work every night for the next day so I have no excuse to go out to eat for lunch.0

I work out at home. I work out in my pjs (camilsole with the built in bra and my boobs are small) and flip flops or barefoot. All I have to do is wake up and put my flip flops on for my elliptical. A sweater if the house is cold for until I warm up. I always hated changing into workout clothes for some reason.0
