Ok, so I want to start this program but I'm a little embarrassed about using weights in the gym. The reason being I fear people looking at me like "What does she think she's doing?" I know I shouldn't care what people think, but this has been a fear of mine for quite some time when it comes to weights in the gym and the reason I have avoided most of the weight equipment. I have looked up form on YouTube so I know how to do the exercises, does anyone have tips for a beginner when it comes to weight training? Thanks.

Most people are there to focus on them. They don't pay much attention to anyone else. Go in there, be confident and do your thing. This is what is best for your body and don't let anyone else interfere. You've got this.
HOWEVER, I'd recommend this program instead:
