Hey, some of you may have seen this recipe before, but I just thought I'd put it on here since I'm trying it for the first time. You can add pretty much whatever you want to this recipe:
You'll need:
A mason jar with cover or a tupperware container
1/2 cup of old fashioned oats (other kinds of oats may work)
3/4 cup or 6oz of greek yogurt( I used oikos strawberry fruit on the bottom)
1 tbsp brown sugar
cinnamon (to taste)
a dash of vanilla
Mix everything together and put it in the fridge overnight, no need to cook, just eat how it is! You can add or subtract whatever you want from the recipe; you could use milk instead of greek yogurt, add peanut butter and bananas, apple sauce, or any other fruit.:flowerforyou:
Enjoy!
