    45% protein , 30% fat . 25% carbs

    I usually end up getting closer to this, but my goal is 40% fat, 35% protein, 25% carbs.

    Having been previously focussed on the details I just don't care anymore.

    I try to get 'enough' (more than MFP default) protein and all follows from there.
