Needing some encouragement

Options
I have been going through some stressful things over the last couple of months and I have fallen off my life changing goal.

I haven't gained nor have lost but, I have been snacking way too much and have allowed too many sweets back into my diet as well as drinking ginger ale again....which is a waste of calories.

Needing some motivation to get back on track and refocused on my life changing goal.
