HELP - Quiche Addiction, Gimme recipes!

Hi All, (Double Post)

I am having a prolonged love of Quiche period and sadly they are extremely unhealthy!

I currently get a 600cal Quiche, Creamy bacony, cheese, mushroomy, egg, pastrey goodness!

Now I would much rather make and store some myself but wouldn't have a clue how!

I do not like fritatas, I dont find they have the same flavor or consistency.
I love how quiches are runny and gooey and creamy!

Please give me your healthy recipes, 200-400cal! (Low Fat pref)
