Hello!

My name is Tiffany and I am new here (duh ;-D). I recently had a baby and would like to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight. For the past 9 months I have been eating what I want and eating more than I would normally, and I need to stop that habit. In a few weeks I will be able to start exercising and hopefully the combination of a proper diet and exercising will make me feel great. I'm hoping to reach my goal in about 7-9 months. I know I can't rush this as I am breastfeeding and both my baby and I need to have proper nutrition, but I know that doing nothing and just eating what I want when I want it will not be good for me. :-D

One of my best friends has had amazing success on here and I hope that using this site as well as having her as an accountability partner will keep me on course.
