So so so so happy with my results this month! I worked really hard hoping that it would pay off on day 30. I'm glad I didn't give up on the days it was tough!

Stats:
Day 1
Weight: 121.6
BF%: 19.6
L Arm: 10 1/4"
R Arm: 10 1/2"
L Thigh: 21"
R Thigh: 20 1/2"
Waist (belly button): 29"
Waist (pantline): 31"
Hips: 35"

Day 30
Weight: 119 (-2.6)
BF%: 17.3 (-2.3) ~~ I surpassed my goal of 18%!!!
L Arm: 10" (-1/4")
R Arm: 10" (-1/2")
L Thigh: 20 1/2 (-1/2")
R Thigh: 20 1/2" (-0")
Waist and hips stayed the same

    Keep it up-- you are going to have great progress! Be careful with what you eat, that's what will really affect your final results!

    To be honest you looked great before but you can really see the definition at the top of your outer thighs starting to come through.

    You look so great!!! I'm really surprised your hip measurements didn't change, I was going to say I see a big difference in your abs!!!

    I finished month 2 this past Sunday. So happy with how much my body has changed in 60 days -- only 30 days left to go! P90X hasn't been my favorite program, but I'm pushing through. I've also switched a few of the workouts out (such as plyo and yoga) with other workouts that are more motivating to me... I figure it's better than skipping a workout all together!

    Thank you! I am glad to inspire you. =) Legs & Back was tough today -- I like doing my workouts in front of a mirror so I remember why I work out... and then push harder!
