I have been exercising for two weeks. the first week I exercised 6 days, the second week I exercised 4 days. My starting weight was 221.8 The first week I dropped 2 pounds, but when I went to weight myself at weight watchers I only lost 1 pound 220. The following week I again lost 2 more pounds, but I went to weight watchers I was 219. My scale at home and the one at weight watchers have the same weight. On my scale at home on Mondays I weight 2 pounds less than I weight on Thursday, when I go weight myself in at weight watchers. can someone's weight fluctuate 2 pounds throughout the week? I know it can fluctuate throughout the day. what can I do to stop this fluctuation throughout the week?

It is possible to fluctuate 3-4 pounds in the same day. Try weighing yourself first thing in the morning after you sue the washroom, this would be your body weight, as there would be little to no food in your system.0

I know mine does too. But I always say to myself that there is no way that I could have possibly consummed enough calories in a day to gain the two lbs.0
