I'm in the last stretch of my weight loss goals (not fitness goals, though!) and I'm having trouble keeping on track, especially around the holidays. Before I get into all that though, I'll give a little bit of a background on myself.
From about the age of 7 and up, I was overweight. Not just overweight...obese. In fact, at my peak I was borderline morbidly obese. At the age of 16 I weighed 236 pounds. Now imagine all that weight on a guy that's only 5' 6''. Eventually, I realized something had to be done, I was sick of being THAT kid. My friend and I joined the local YMCA together and we started chipping away at our weight. Long story short, three years later I lost over 90 pounds and now weigh the same that I did when I was 12! I have a picture of what I used to look like on my profile, it's from 2009.
I currently weigh 143 lbs. (approx.) and I am very satisfied with how I look. But, I know I can do better. My goal weight is 130 lbs, I'd like to reach this before trying to attempt my first serious bulk.
I'm not too sure what else to say (I'm a very concise person), other than I look forward to using this website and forums!
