Arc trainer

Not sure if this is the correct place to post this, so if it isn't please advise and I will post it in the correct area.


Anyway, I wanted to update my cardio with the correct exercise and I used a Arc trainer today. I can't seem to find it in the exercise area. Anyone know if it's in the database, or how I can get it in there?

    Go to the Exercise Tab -> My Exercises -> Create Exercise

    Then you can input anything you like, it's all manual. So you'll have to either input a.) an estimate from another site b.)what your machine said c.) what your HRM/similar device says
