Is this a bad cheat?

So I realised today I haven't had a day off from the gym in over a week. I've been eating relaly really well (probably too little considering my workouts...) today I decided to take off the gym and was craving yogurt and dried fried and I think I went a bit over board!! I had a huge bowl of chobani yogurt and loads of dried fruit and nuts. The rest of my food today was a small bowl of granola, salad, apple and some chicken peppers salsa and mushrooms. I feel guilty because of the high calories and carbs in the fruit and nuts...should I just put it behind me and move on??

What is your other choice?0

Yes, put it behind you. Stressing doesn't undo anything and honestly if you have been eating too little then this was probably a good thing. That's just my opinion though.0
