Is this a bad cheat?

So I realised today I haven't had a day off from the gym in over a week. I've been eating relaly really well (probably too little considering my workouts...) today I decided to take off the gym and was craving yogurt and dried fried and I think I went a bit over board!! I had a huge bowl of chobani yogurt and loads of dried fruit and nuts. The rest of my food today was a small bowl of granola, salad, apple and some chicken peppers salsa and mushrooms. I feel guilty because of the high calories and carbs in the fruit and nuts...should I just put it behind me and move on??

Yes, put it behind you. Stressing doesn't undo anything and honestly if you have been eating too little then this was probably a good thing. That's just my opinion though.

It's good for you to eat more sometimes so think of it as a positive thing.
