Vibration Plate

I have just brought a V fit vibration plate and am doing 2 minutes 4 times a day.

Do you think about vibration plates, can they help weight loss?

What excercises can I do on them?

Thanks

Is it too late to send it back for a refund?

Vibration has a long and proven history in terms of physical therapy and recovery but the hyperbole surrounding the sales of these units (not surprisingly there's a banner ad beside this post right now "60 minute workout that only takes 10 minutes") borders on criminal.

to be fair I used them for a while and have bought one (i havent used it in a while tho the plug got crushed lol) and I didnt notice a difference but my mum did! I was making something to eat and she came in an said my belly had shrunk! At the time I was going to the gym aswel but wasnt eating healthy at all.
I do think they help a little with toning ! ((waiting for the "you talk crap" comments lol))

I attend a powerplate class sometimes ( I am mixing up with other things) I find it a great workout. I would think you need to do 20- 30 minutes to get good effect. You can do lots of different exercises - squats, step ups and exercises stood on the plate with weights / medicine ball / resistance band. I find it helpful in improving core stability.
