Breakfast Muffins

So i made some really nice muffins, probably could have been healthier but my first try at this recipe so didnt want to change it too much. still pretty good macros.

246cals, carbs26, fat10 protein 11 fibre 4

50g melted margarine

125g wholemeal flour

25g protein powder

1tsp baking powder

75g soft brown sugar

125g total 0% greek yogurt

1tsp cinnamon

1 egg

50mls milk

80g granola

30g dried cranberries

80g frozen mixed berries

 

1.       Oven on to 180

2.       Mix together flour, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon and sugar

3.       Melt margarine then whisk in yogurt, milk and egg

4.       Stir wet and dry ingredients together and add granola and fruits

5.       Bake in the oven for 25 mins
