do i have to eat all the calories to loose the weight or can i eat under what it says to eat and still loose weight?

    When you set up your goals you gave yourself a deficit, if you chose to, which would have you loose weight by eating all of your calories. If you are close but still under that shouldn't be bad but if you are way under for a period of time you may hurt your metabolism, causing you to go into starvation mode, making it harder to loose weight among other negative effects.

    There are days that I find it hard to meet my caloric goals set by MFP (brainwashing... :laugh: so many years of eating little to try to lose weight) but I have been doing it and am seeing a great difference in not only how I feel but the weight is going away! So there is something to this thing for sure. :bigsmile:
