    One of these days I need to do a new side by side, my weight loss as of Sept 24th (day I had body lift surgery) was 311 lbs. lost and I then had surgery to remove excess skin (17 lbs. worth) and am waiting to step on the scale til January 1st. but this after pic isn't to far off...

    The before shot was taken before MFP when I was around my heaviest, the most I ever saw the scales go up to was 105kg - after that I stopped weighing myself. It is the most honest face picture I have of when I was bigger, all my other pictures were vanity shots. I started MFP at 98kg. My after pic is me as I am now, front on shots rather than high angles and vanity poses ;).

    I was 230 pounds (ish) in the first picture... size 20, xxl, etc. Now 142 pounds, size 8. :) Oh I was laughing in the first one, hence the ridiculous face I'm making. Also my face is ridiculous anyway... haha.
