Introducing myself

Hi I'm Sarah and I've been using MFP for about a month now. I've only got a few pounds to loose, my main motivation is reversing a gradual increase in weight over the last few years. Hoping that if I act now, I won't have to loose a tonne of weight in the future. I've only got about 5lbs to go, but I'm stuck! I'm really active but usually eat up to my calorie allowance so can't think that I'm eating too little. Surely, 150lbs is not an unrealistic weight for someone of 5 ft 8, especially as I've had my body fat measured and it's 33%
