Fitness tips please

Just started on my fitness pal two weeks ago. I'm in pretty decent shape. Would like to lean out some more and have great muscle tone (and a great butt ha ha). I also would like to obtain the "V" cut ABS. Right now my work out is as follows:I work out on the treadmill doing walking running intervals and half hour elliptical. I do mix in crunches, burpees, mountain climbers and push ups. I do this 3x a week. The other days I'm working 12 hours a day and I'm also a mom so its difficult. Any tips would be appreciating. Thanks!
