Sugars

So here I was thinking that most of the time I was doing pretty good with my calorie intake.. then this morning I got curious and turned on my sugar intake. I was shocked how many grams of sugar I was having a day!
Now I'm determined to switch that because it's way too high! So my question for you my fellow mfp friends.. what are some yummy snacks that taste good but don't have the high sugars fruit and granola bars do?
