Newly Diagnosed Celiac Disease

Options
I just got off the phone with my doctor about the results of an endoscopy I had done last week. I've been having digestive issues for a while now and my doctor and I agreed I was probably lactose intolerant. After starting a dairy-free diet, however, I was still having issues so she decided to test for Celiac. The bloodwork showed that I was positive for 2/3 of the enzymes and the biopsy I just had confirms those results. I guess I'm just looking for some tips from anyone in the same boat. I don't eat a lot of gluten anyway, but now I know I have to be really careful about it. I've started eating those "Miracle Noodles" that are made from plant fiber so they don't have any gluten (or calories, yay!) and those are really good.

Just in case you're wondering, I'm female and 25. I currently weigh around 124 and I'm not looking to lose more than a few pounds. I'm doing the NROLFW and am working on building muscle. Thanks for all your help!
