gaining and losing, motivation.

So I went from 220 to 138, back up to around 150, I know its because I got too comfortable, but we also moved and I'm busy with work and school and most importantly my 2 year old.

I need some easy meals I can bring to work with my I work at a bar I cannot eat there.

Any quick work outs that can get my results, I can sometimes only get about 30 minutes a day.


I just need some motivation, help me out : (
