I'm 67 and need to loose 15 pounds.....and keep it off! I think I will like hearing about others and their struggles/victories. We have 2 grown children and 4 granddaughters. With lots of back troubles, I can only exercise in a swimming pool, which I do 3 times a week. I hope writing down what I eat will keep me accountable, and I look forward to finding my way around this web site.

It's nice to meet you Sally. Congratulations on setting a goal and taking action. I'm Tracie and I'm starting over today. I have 20 pounds to lose and keep off. I know that exercise and portion control is keep to my efforts. Staying committed to living healthy can be a challenge. I look forward to hearing about your progress.0
