Done it!!!

On the 1st of January this year I downloaded Myfitnesspal onto my phone. I have religiously logged my food (apart from a couple of holidays), I have exercised and I have counted my calories.

I set out to lose 25kg and this week I passed that mark.

I am now 73.6kg, a UK size 12-14 (at 175cm) and a whole load happier.

I now just have to mantain this weight - it is strange being able to eat so much more!!!
