Ive lost inches from everywhere but my calves. And that was one of the places I was really hoping to slim down! I love boots but my dang calves are too big to fit in any. Any ideas what specific exercises I should do ?

Nothing. Do not exercise them, you cannot spot reduce.
If your calves are covered in fat, then you will need to simply continue to lose weight.
If your calves are muscle, exercising them will only make them larger.
As you lose weight, if you do not exercise your calves, they are likely to get smaller by reducing the fat and also by losing some of the muscle, as they'd no longer be carrying as heavy of a load.0 -

This. It's probably more of a genetic thing than a fat thing.0 -
No one else even needs to comment on this. Dana hit the nail on the head.0

I know exactly how you feel. It was REALLY hard finding boots that fit my calves. I do have fat / fluid that I can lose, but mine are muscly. I love my boots. I found them at Shoe Carnival. They zip up on the inside of the calf, but they're lace-up and the straps at the top are buckled, so they're easy to adjust. I recommend a style like this.

lose fat and accept that what is under the fat is given to you by genetics0

I absolutely agree - but running actually made my calves smaller. EveryBODY is different.0 -
I've always had big calves. Between my heaviest and lightest weights (175 / 115 respectively) there was only 1/2" difference in my calf size. They are currently 15.25", which is in the middle of the smallest and biggest they've ever been.
Having said that, it's a b*tch to find boots for sure! But they're out there! I'm currently wearing a pair, in fact!
It's genetics, my dear. I'm probably the lowest body fat % I've been in over 20 years, and they're only 1/4" smaller. Sorry to break the news to you.0 -
Sorry as everyone else says - they dont really get all that much smaller!!
Google "boots athletic calves" - you have options and this website is good....
