                    Hi! My name is Samantha.
I'm looking for 4 lovely ladies to form a small support group for brides-to-be who are ready to say goodbye to their extra pounds! I want to keep it small so we can form actual relationships with each other and support each other effectively.
I just got engaged and my wedding is in March. A short engagement, I know! I want to lose 30 pounds by the wedding. I'm 5'1 and currently 223 pounds. I don't just want to lose weight on the scale, I also want to create a stronger, slimmer body.

Ready and willing to make changes to your diet
Willing to share your ideas, successes, struggles, and support!
We'll have a daily thread here on the message boards (I'll post the link on each lady's wall) with a new question each day that we can each answer and discuss. There will also be a once-a-week check-in to report on your weight, how you feel, how your week was, non-scale-victories, etc.
