HI all, I don't usually post to the boards, but have been using MFP for about six months. I"m wondering if you do pump how do you track it (i.e. what activity do you list it as)? I did some research online to try to get an estimate and some of the cal counts were just way too high in my estimation. I'd been listing it as 300 cals. i'm 168 lbs. and I do pretty heavy weights. Thoughts/opinons?

I count it as cardio and wear a HRM.... getting average readings around 450 for the hour. I weigh about 200 lbs and lift quite heavy.
I think cardio-circuit training is what some other people count it as. Your estimates sound very accurate.0
