To exercise or not...

I was so very UNLUCKY to have gotten the Influenza B virus last week. Clearly now I know why flu shots are a big deal as I never remember feeling this horrible for so long. So after almost a week out of work, I was able to go back but still felt pretty crappy. Doc said this virus last 14 days and to NOT work out during said days. Well day 14 will be this Saturday and I usually do a weight lifting class that I hate to miss. Question is, IF I am feeling back to normal, should I workout even though it is the LAST day of the virus and was told to wait all 14 days?

You could check back in with your doctor. If you can't contact your doc, I don't think it would hurt to follow doc's orders precisely. The doctor did sit through years of medical school and residency for a reason.0
