This seems to be helping

Diagnosed with Diabetes in August I started exercisng and tracking my diet here. It seems to be helping! I lost ~20 pounds to the disease initially and then went on insulin. Since then I've lost another 10-12 pounds. That seems to have impressed the doctor.

The only problem is that my wife thinks I look too skinny. In fairness I'm 5 lbs lighter than when we met but she probably doesn't remember. :wink:

The most intersting thing about tracking food?:
I can burn through the recommended sugar in a single meal if I'm not careful. This tool seems to help me watch that.
