This is my journey...

In July I decided to start my journey to a new me. I said that I was going to journey to a new lifestyle change. So, I started my diet. I have been working really hard on my journey and sometimes it's really hard. Some days I find myself binge and going as much as 70-80 calories over in one day. It's only because I crave the bad food, like carbs, so bad. I know they aren't good for me, I know that they will make me fatter, so I work really hard not to eat them. I have to keep telling myself:

"Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels. Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels. Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels. Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels. Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels. Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels. "

Over and over again.

I can do this though, this is my journey. I've had several NSV's along the way, so that helps. But some days, I weight myself and see the number go up on the scale and I just want to quit. This is a hard journey, but it's my journey.

I really want to loose more weight. This is my journey and I will succeed.

I can do this. And so can you!!! I want you to know that MFP...you CAN do this. You can succeed on your very own journey to loose the weight and get healthy!! You can make that lifestyle change!

We are about in the same place.

I started at 270 and am now at 236.

Everyday you fight the demons that got you where you were.

Keep up the fight and best of luck on your journey.

Don't worry when the number on the scale goes up. It's water weight. And when you go over by 70-80 calories a day try to make up for it by running for an hour. That should keep your weightloss on track.

Uh oh sounds like a classic PLATEAU. Have no fear, I can solve all your diet woes.

    1. I've heard in the forums dairy and diet soda will kill you so steer clear.
    2. Watch Dr. Oz for diet advice
    3. Search the forums on whether to eat back your exercise calories.
