I was thinking about posting a running weight loss

I was thinking about posting a running weight loss picture blog so that I can see how my body has changed as I lose weight as a way to motivate myself. What do you think of this idea? is it stupid? has anyone else here done something similiar? Tracking what I eat eeryday has made me more concious about watching my calories and what I eat. I am hoping maybe this will add a little more motivation, any thoughts? have any of you tried this idea? how did it work out for you?

    It's a fantastic idea. Sometimes you don't see the changes in yourself until you see it in photos!

    If you think it will help keep you motivated, it would be totally worth it! And I agree with the person above, sometimes you don't notice since you see yourself everyday. Pictures are a better way to keep track of that, IMO.

    I took progress photos after every 5 pounds lost. It was a great motivational tool! Definitely recommend!

    thanks for the input, I will probabluy do it weekly at least that s the plan for now.
