I've been feeling a bit unhappy with the scale lately. Even though it's just a number, I've been letting it affect my mood. After losing the baby weight and getting down to 143 earlier this year, I had a period of regain. By September of this year I was back up to 172 lbs. I recommitted and started concentrating on strength training in combination with a few runs a week. I really want to lower my bf% (sitting at about 26% now) and change my body composition. But I've come a long way from 2 years ago and changed a lot. Sometimes it's easy to forget that. I decided to take new progress pictures and I was surprised at the difference. So screw the scale
