how to add foods to favourites

can anyone tell me how to add foods to favourites so I dont have to search regular items every time I add them, to log?

I don't think you can add foods as favorites, but there are a couple of things you can do. Most of the stuff I eat comes up under most used, and if it's not there but it's something I've had recently, it's under recent. I usually have the most used and most recent come up for all meals instead of just for lunch or dinner and that helps. If it's a combination of food you eat regularly, you can also make it a meal. I do this for things like spaghetti and meatballs where I know I usually have a set amount of each food and for sandwiches. While my lunch meat may change, I use the same brand and it's the same NI per item, so it's not a big deal.0

You could save a food as a meal if you really needed to. But the most used list is sufficient.0
