New goal following great success!

Hi everyone,
My name is Sabi and I have actually been lurking in the shadows for quite some time. I recently decided to become more active on this site however as I wish to track my success with some new goals I have set for myself.
When I turned 40 a couple years ago I weighed 325 lbs plus and hated seeing myself in the mirror. I decided it was time for a change! In August of that same year I had the rouen-y gastric bypass surgery and since then lost over 150 lbs!
With such great success I found my motivation slowly fading as time went on so I have decided to refocus to make sure that I remain as healthy as I can be. To this end I have set and implemented the following personal goals.
1). Try out a vegetarian diet for a month, if I do well with this to explore taking it a step further into a vegan diet.
2) Implement a better exercise plan including yoga. Previous to this I walked a lot but did little else.
3) Through goals one and two to see if maybe I can drop another 20 lbs. My ideal weight is a bit sketchy as I have a rather large frame for a female and though I can fit into smaller dress sizes remain rather "thick".
4) Work to carefully monitor and maintain proper nutrition despite the absorption issue created by my weight loss surgery.
5) Be happy and hopefully a positive role model to my daughter in her quest to find a healthy lifestyle.
Thanks for reading and I look forward to meeting everyone!
