    I don't usually go up to a guy and say "you're hot" or anything to that accord (Although I do love being approached and being told I'm beautiful, cute, pretty, etc.). I usually laugh a lot, smile, position my body towards them, or touch their arm to let them know I think they're sexy :P

    I agree with rlmiller73190, having a woman come up to you and state something so blatantly is unlikely to happen so picking up on the things she mentioned would be a great self esteem boost not to mention greatly appreciated.
