Hey everyone, I'm new in here and have finally gotten tired of being lazy so I decided to start working out again. I am currently 160 to me that sounds like a lot! I am female and 5'5" I am very curvy however I have started to put on weight in my midsection.
What finally got me motivated was the odd feeling of fat on my sides that I have never felt before. It irritated me and made me feel puffy. My thighs and calves felt the same. It grossed me out so I decided its time to make a change.
I will do my best to keep my profile as up to date as possible. Seeing it all in front of me really helps. Seeing the exercise and realising " I'm really not that tired yet " really motivates me to do a little more. Even if i have to exercise 3x a day for 20-30 minutes to burn 500Cal a day. so be it.
I will post a picture later tonight on my profile and have progression pictures to see the difference :P
